Removable dentures & partial dentures.

Not every patient needs or wants fixed implant restorations. When removable prosthodontics is the right answer, precision in fit, occlusion, and facial support separates a denture you tolerate from one you rely on.

Types of removable prosthodontics

Complete dentures replace all teeth in an arch. Removable partial dentures replace some teeth and clasp to remaining natural teeth or precision attachments. Implant-assisted overdentures add retention when indicated.

Dr. Renk emphasizes function (how you chew and speak) and facial support, not just tooth appearance.

Problems we commonly treat

  • Sore spots or dentures that never felt comfortable
  • Difficulty eating or speaking with current dentures
  • Loose dentures after years of bone change
  • Old partial dentures damaging remaining teeth
COMMON QUESTIONS

What patients ask about this care.

How often should dentures be replaced or relined?

Gum and bone change over time. Relines, rebases, or new dentures may be needed every several years depending on fit and tissue health.

Are digital dentures available?

Digital workflows can improve accuracy in many cases. The best approach is selected based on your anatomy and prosthodontic needs.

Can I eat normally with dentures?

A well-made prosthesis restores much of normal function, though adaptation takes time. Implant-supported options improve stability for patients who struggle with conventional dentures.
